We put great emphasis on fresh quality products of the region. The farm-to-table principle is the secret of our delicious cuisine. Because what is fresh, does not need a lot of processing to become something extraordinary. We lovingly prepare handmade pasta and meat and fish dishes for conscious indulgence. From the buffet in the morning, to a snack at the bar or on the terrace, to the highlight in the evening – à la carte or in our Pizzeria – we always treat our guests with homemade products and the authentic aroma of South Tyrol.
The lovingly arranged breakfast buffet is included in the booking of your room or suite. To maintain the charm of independency, you can feast at any time – at midday, in the afternoon and evening – but you do not have to.
